FAQ

- When will I receive my custom upholstery item? 

7-14 business days. This is custom work, it does take time. We spend time with each order to ensure perfect results. The more custom the order (stitching, custom colors, etc) the longer the order will take.  

- Can I mail you my seat to be replaced? 

Yes, we ask that seats are clean and foam is still in good condition. We may request a photo prior to accepting. Shipping cost to us is covered by customer.  

- Do you do foam repair?

We do not do foam repair. 

- Can I bring my seat to you?

Absolutely, we are located in Petal, MS. Please email for shop address. 

- Do you do custom stitching and embroidery?

Custom coloring stitching it available. Embroidery is not available at this time.
